BHU Admission 2026-27: The procedure for offering admission at Banaras Hindu University for the upcoming academic session of 2026-27 commenced. BHU Admission was based on the applicant’s scores from multiple relevant entrance exams. Hence, students interested in any of the programs offered at the university need to qualify in a national-level entrance exam. The deadline for submitting application forms for PG programmes was 4 June 2026.

For the upcoming academic year of 2026-27, Banaras Hindu University has begun with the application deadline of 4 June 2026. The average application fee that needs to be paid by the applicants during the application process ranges from INR 800 to 1,200, as set by NTA. BHU UG Admission 2026

BHU UG admissions for the 2026–27 session are currently underway based on CUET UG scores via the university’s Combined Allotment Program [CAP (UG) – 2026]. The CUET UG exam concluded, provisional answer keys were released, and results are being processed. It is expected that BHU Admission 2026 will go on till the August 2026. For its bachelor’s degree programs, this is to inform interested candidates that BHU will rely on the applicants’ scores of CUET UG 2026 to grant them admission to their desired undergraduate program. Additionally, their counselling session at BHU will be carried out via the official web portal of CAP UG (UG Admission Combined Allotment Program).

Among the variety of Undergraduate programs open to seeking admission, BA in English, BCom, BSc in Earth Science, BVoc in Retail & Logistics Management, BSc in Computer Science, BA in Philosophy, etc., are some of the popular UG courses. 

BHU Admission: PG 2026

The admission process for PG courses has begun for the 2026-27 academic session at Banaras Hindu University. BHU PG Admission last date for submitting the application forms has closed. Students will be required to pass the entrance exams of CUET PG or NEET PG for admission to BHU. They will also need to have completed their undergraduate course to become eligible for any BHU PG program. Furthermore, the counselling sessions of the postgraduate courses will also be carried out through the web portal CAP PG 2026. The last date of BHU PG Admission 2026 was 4 June 2026.

A few of the PG courses available via the BHU Admission are MA in English, MFA in Textile Design, MEd, MTech in Dairy Technology, MBA in Financial Management, MD in Anaesthesiology, etc. 

BHU Diploma Admission 2026

Banaras Hindu University has offered admission to many diploma courses in the upcoming academic year of 2026-27. The last date for submitting the application forms for PG programs was 4 June 2026. BHU’s official web portal will consist of application forms for postgraduate programs and all the documents and notifications related to BHU’s admission procedure. The eligibility criteria for the diploma courses are different from the eligibility criteria for the programs, depending on the levels of the BHU diploma program.

BHU Admission 2026 for diploma courses depends on their scores from past qualification and their scores on the entrance examinations. A few of the diploma courses offered by BHU are PG Diploma in Dialysis Therapy, PG Diploma in Integrated Rural Development & Management, PG Diploma in Population Studies, etc. 

BHU Admission: PhD 2026-27

For the academic session of 2026-27, admission is ongoing at Banaras Hindu University for doctoral programs. BHU Admission for PhD programs will end on 30 June 2026. There are various doctoral programs offered by BHU in multiple specialisations and fields. Admission to PhD programs is based on the applicant’s scores on entrance examinations like UGC NET, CEED, etc. There is an entrance examination for RET 2026 conducted separately by Banaras Hindu University for admitting applicants to their desired BHU PhD program. A few of the doctoral courses that can be pursued by an interested applicant at BHU are PhD in Biochemistry, PhD in Tourism Management, PhD in Shalakya Tantra, etc. 

 BHU Application Form 2026

BHU application forms for various courses will be available for UG and PG courses. Admission to any course at BHU is based on CUET 2026. The BHU form for 2026 has been uploaded online on the official website. Students can access the application form via the BHU Admission 2026 portal. Students are required to separately submit the application form for CUET 2026 registration. The application form fee for any course is different, but it is between INR 1000 for each course. It is expected that the entrance exams will be conducted from 13th March 2026 for both UG and PG. Students prepare for the entrance test and secure a minimum 50th percentile. Step 4: Click to register for the student’s ID.

Step 5: Fill the BHU admission form with accurate details about them, their parents, and their educational. 

Step 6: Proceed and attach a copy of the required documents. 

Step 7: Review the application form and make sure all the important fields are filled. 

Step 8: Pay the admission form fee through the online payment mode.

Step 9: Submit the BHU admission form.
