For multiple master’s degree courses, Gauhati University conducts an entrance exam, the PGET. Similarly, candidates who want to enroll in a BEd program will have to get a qualifying score in the GU BEDCET (Gauhati University BEd Common Entrance Test). The GU application fee that needs to be paid for Gauhati University Admission is INR 1,000, which can be increased if an applicant applies for more than one subject. Guwahati University PG Entrance Exam 2026

Guwahati University admission to PG courses is done through the entrance exam. A written entrance exam was conducted by the Guwahati University.
